I am a post-doctoral fellow at the Luskin School of Public Affairs at University of California, Los Angeles and an affiliate of the California Center for Population Research. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from New York University in May 2019.
I will be joining the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore as a tenure-track assistant professor in August 2020.
My primary research interests are in development economics and applied microeconomics, particularly in the areas of human capital formation, migration, and digital financial services.
